If you choose Yesbank to send your refund or withdraw the money from your virtual account, you must submit the IFSC code / Bank Account / Name / City on the webpage and reconfirm the account information;

If you choose Paytm to send your refund or withdraw the money from your virtual account, you must enter the account number information on the webpage and reconfirm the account information.

If you choose PayPal to send your refund or withdraw the money from your virtual account, you must submit an email address on the webpage.

In order to guarantee the security of your funds, if you enter an account suspected of fraud for the refund / withdrawal process, we will suspend the refund or cash delivery, or request the necessary information to validate the operation.

3. (Information on the estimated refund / withdrawal time)

If you choose to refund / withdraw money to a Yesbank account, the refund / withdrawal is expected to take effect within 2-3 business days;

If you choose to refund / withdraw money to your Paytm account, the refund / withdrawal is expected to take effect within 3-7 business days;

If you choose to refund / withdraw money to your PayPal account, the refund / withdrawal is expected to take effect within 2-7 business days.
