1. By submitting your information and clicking "APPLY NOW", you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) the information you provide us is true and accurate; (c) any design or photograph you upload was created solely by you, and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.
2. The information you submit will be used by us to determine, at our sole discretion, whether we consider pursuing a potential licensing agreement with you. Submitting an application does not guarantee your place in the SHEIN X Program. It is only the first step of the process. If we do not contact you, it is because we have determined, based on various internal criteria and the limited number of designers we can accept each season, that you would not be ideal for the Program this season.
3. If we do not select you for the SHEIN X Program, the designs or photos you submitted will be deleted from our files.
