If you want to modify your basic personal information in your SHEIN account; e.g.: profile picture, username, style and size preferences, please log in to your SHEIN account and select [My Account] - [ My Profile ] .
2: How can I update my email address?
We regret to inform you that we cannot change the registered email address associated with your SHEIN account, in order to ensure the security of your account.
(1) If you have not yet made any purchases at SHEIN, we recommend creating a new SHEIN account.
(2) If you have unpaid orders or a wallet balance in your SHEIN account, we recommend keeping this account until all issues are resolved. Afterwards, you can register with a new account.
