Welcome to SHEIN CLUB. The following terms and conditions ("SHEIN CLUB Terms" or "Terms"), last updated on December 10, 2024, describe the terms and conditions that apply to SHEIN CLUB membership ("SHEIN CLUB Membership" or Membership) and constitute an agreement between you and Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd. 12 Marina Boulevard, #15-01 Marina Bay Financial Centre, Singapore 018982. By becoming a SHEIN CLUB member, you agree to be bound by these SHEIN CLUB Terms. Please note that use of the SHEIN website, mobile app, and SHEIN CLUB membership are also governed by our terms of use and privacy policy . These terms are incorporated by reference into the terms of use , which contain, among other things, the applicable legal provisions and definitions of some of the words used in these SHEIN CLUB Terms. Subject to applicable laws, these SHEIN CLUB Terms may be modified from time to time.
1. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
1.1 Conditions
SHEIN CLUB Membership is only available to individuals who have a registered SHEIN account in good standing. You can check whether you meet the requirements to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB membership through the members-exclusive page here . In order to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB membership (including renewals and re-subscriptions), you must:
1) Have a registered user account with SHEIN; and
2) Apply for SHEIN CLUB membership and pay the required membership fee.
1.2 Acceptance of the membership program
The SHEIN CLUB Membership program is administered by Fashion Choice Pte. Ltd. 12 Marina Boulevard, #15-01 Marina Bay Financial Centre, Singapore 018982
By checking the SHEIN CLUB box and clicking on "Place Order", you submit an offer to subscribe to SHEIN CLUB. Once we accept your offer, you will join the Member program. SHEIN reserves the right to cancel your SHEIN CLUB Membership if it determines that you have violated any of these Terms or the Terms of use . Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the SHEIN CLUB Membership program will result in cancellation of the Membership and/or deletion of the User Account without any further notice. Upon cancellation of the membership, all unused coupons and unredeemed rewards associated with such membership will be forfeited.
Please note that if you delete your SHEIN user account, your SHEIN CLUB Membership and all corresponding benefits will automatically be canceled upon deletion of your SHEIN user account, and you will not be able to unsubscribe from the SHEIN CLUB Membership and/or receive any refund to which you may have been entitled under section 4.2 below. If you plan to delete your SHEIN User account, please first contact Customer Service to request cancellation of your SHEIN CLUB Membership, before deleting your SHEIN User account.
2. SHEIN CLUB BENEFITS
SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits are only available for orders placed on the SHEIN website: www.shein.com.mx and/or the SHEIN mobile app available on Android or iOS systems. SHEIN CLUB membership benefits vary by plan. The benefits you receive depend on the plan you choose.
● Additional discount
The SHEIN Membership Club offers you an additional exclusive discount, applicable to items not on promotion on the website and app (certain exclusions may apply). This additional discount can be combined with the coupons available to you. Products featuring this additional discount will bear a special exclusive discount price badge. The additional discount applies only to selected items in stock and excludes products in flash sales and other specific discounts. Therefore, if a product features this additional discount, it will no longer be eligible for such discount if it enters a flash sale. This exclusive discount does not apply to products from third-party sellers, virtual products (such as gift cards), taxes, shipping fees, or other additional charges generated by the order.
● SHEIN CLUB Double Points
After becoming a SHEIN CLUB member, when purchasing SHEIN brand products on our website, you will have the opportunity to earn SHEIN bonus points at a higher rate than non-SHEIN CLUB members. The Double Points Benefit is in addition to any other multi-point campaign we may be running at the time you place your order. The applicable thresholds for Double Points with SHEIN CLUB can be viewed on the members-exclusive page .
Please note that your bonus points can only be placed in your SHEIN user account once you confirm delivery of your order. You can view the latest amount of Bonus Points and their expiration dates in the "My Points" section of "My Assets" in your User Account.
For example: if SHEIN is running a double points campaign and SHEIN CLUB members who spend $50 or more (excluding taxes) on an order can earn 2 SHEIN points for every $1 spent on a valid purchase on an order of $50 or more (excluding taxes). Below is the amount of bonus points a SHEIN CLUB member and a non-member can earn on an order of $50 or more:

Reminder: you are currently viewing the SHEIN CLUB Double Points benefit for the MX website, where a single person can earn up to 600 Bonus Points every 31 days. SHEIN Bonus Points have an expiration date. Please note the expiration date of your SHEIN bonus points and use them before the expiration date. Once SHEIN Bonus Points have expired, the Points cannot be redeemed or otherwise used. Unless otherwise stated, the remaining points rules remain subject to the bonus points policy .

● More discounts and additional benefits
In addition to the benefits above, Members may receive other discounts, the details of which we will publish on our website in a timely manner. These additional discounts will only be applicable to your current Membership period.
SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, offer additional benefits for SHEIN CLUB Memberships. Any additional benefit under the Membership will take effect on the date specified in the announcement of such additional benefit. If you are already a SHEIN CLUB member, you will be entitled to these additional benefits, if any, for the remaining period of your membership.
3. MEMBERSHIP FEE
3.1 Membership fee calculation
The SHEIN CLUB Membership subscription fee is the price displayed on the Site or App during the SHEIN CLUB Membership registration process. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, revise the pricing plans and/or Membership fees, and may also offer discounts on Membership fees from time to time. If you are already a SHEIN CLUB member, your subscription price will not be affected by such revision, and furthermore, you will not be entitled to a refund of the price paid if the subscription price is reduced or discounted after you became a member. However, if your subscription period expires and you wish to renew it, you must do so at the plan and subscription fee in effect at that time.
For a more exciting shopping experience, SHEIN will offer a limited-time 'special discount' or 'special offer' on SHEIN CLUB. The promotion gives customers the opportunity to purchase SHEIN CLUB at a lower price.
3.2 Membership purchase and renewal methods
You need to log in to your user account and can purchase a SHEIN CLUB Membership directly on the members-only page found here . You may also select the SHEIN CLUB Membership subscription during the checkout process when placing an order for products on the Site or App, and pay the Membership fee as part of your order. If you do so, the SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits will apply to that order. Once payment has been successfully completed, we will confirm your membership and your final membership period by email and/or through the app. If you are unable to complete the payment, you will need to manually cancel the order if you wish to subscribe to the SHEIN CLUB Membership before the order is automatically cancelled.
Currently, the automatic renewal function is not supported for SHEIN CLUB membership. When your membership period is about to expire, we will notify you of the expiration date in advance via email and/or App push notification. You can repurchase the membership through the messages of the above channels, or you can repurchase the membership directly through the website's members-only page.
Note: The SHEIN CLUB Membership subscription purchased through a SHEIN website in any country/region is only applicable to that corresponding website and to orders with delivery addresses in the corresponding country/region.
3.3 Membership payment methods
You can pay the SHEIN CLUB membership fee through the available payment methods*, except for the wallet, gift cards, coupons, or SHEIN points, which cannot be used to pay for the membership.
*Note: The available payment methods are the payment methods existing on the Site. We reserve the right to offer or change other payment methods.
4. MEMBERSHIP DURATION AND TERMINATION
4.1 Membership term calculation
You will become a SHEIN CLUB Member immediately after purchasing the membership. Depending on the membership fee package you have purchased, the corresponding membership period will be calculated. You may consult the members page for the specific validity period of your membership.
Please note that currently only 1 accumulated membership period is supported, that is, you can renew your membership 30 days before it expires. After a successful renewal, 1 pending effective membership will be created, and the corresponding membership benefits will be issued from the effective start date.
For example, when you purchase a Quarterly Membership package on 09/01/2022 at 12:00:00 am. Your membership period is from 09/01/2022 at 12:00:00 am to 12/03/2022 11:59:59 pm.

4.2 Membership termination
Once you have purchased a SHEIN CLUB Membership, you are entitled to request cancellation of the Membership within 3 business days (the "3-Day Period") from the day the Membership became effective (calculated based on the confirmation email sent to you pursuant to section 3.2). If you request cancellation of your Membership within the 3-Day Period and have not used any of the Membership benefits, we will refund the full membership fee. If you request cancellation of your Membership within the 3-Day Period and have used the Membership benefits, we will deduct from your refund the value of the SHEIN CLUB Membership benefits used by you and your account. If you received SHEIN CLUB points, we will cancel such points in your user account.
After the 3-Day Period, you can still request cancellation of your membership if you have not used any of your membership benefits, in which case, we will refund the full membership fee, however, you will not be able to cancel your membership after the 3-Day Period, and your membership will continue until it expires.
When you request cancellation of your membership, you must ensure that there is no pending order using the Membership benefits with payment outstanding. To request cancellation of your Membership, contact Customer Service to cancel your SHEIN CLUB Membership during the applicable time period as specified above. We estimate that reviewing your cancellation request will take between 1 and 2 business days. Note: The membership fee refund request is only for the current membership period. If your SHEIN CLUB membership has expired, you will no longer be able to request a refund of the membership fee even if you have not used any of the membership benefits.
*Note:
Pending effective memberships can be withdrawn at any time before they become effective, and we will refund your full membership fee. When you have a pending effective membership and choose to unsubscribe from a currently active membership, your pending effective membership will take effect immediately after your cancellation, and the withdrawal period will begin from the effective date.
Once your request to cancel your Membership has been approved, the SHEIN CLUB Membership will be cancelled immediately, and the corresponding Membership benefits will be invalidated immediately.
4.3 Refund method
When your cancellation request is approved and if you are entitled to a refund, the applicable membership fee will be refunded according to the original payment method. The refund will be reflected in your payment account according to the processing time of your payment institution.
4.4 Termination for cause
SHEIN reserves the right to terminate your CLUB subscription for just cause, at our discretion, upon 7 days' prior notice to the user. Just cause is deemed to exist if you violate these Terms or applicable law, or if your use of SHEIN CLUB is fraudulent, abusive, or infringes the rights of third parties. If your membership is terminated under this section, the membership fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
CHANGES to the terms
We reserve the right to reject any membership application. We may, at our discretion, change any aspect of these Terms. We will promptly inform you of any material changes to these Terms, except that the free membership will remain unchanged until expiration. You may contact us at any time through our Customer Service Platform if you have any questions about the SHEIN CLUB.
