1. ABOUT SHEIN VIP
1.1 INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SHEIN VIP ("our", "we", "our loyalty program" or "Program")! SHEIN VIP is a program to reward our most loyal customers, giving them privileged access to our events and pop-ups, exclusive promotions, and the latest fashion news. Once you join our loyalty program, you can level up and earn amazing rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 APPLICABILITY
The Program is available online at SHEIN.com for various countries with their corresponding websites. Each Account is enrolled in the Program only once, based on the number of cardholders and authorized customers. Every purchase will be counted toward your member level (including purchases across different sites), but level updates are based on the rules of your registration site .
1.3 VALIDITY
To become a member, you must make a purchase. Qualifying Purchases include purchases of products and gift cards, through the SHEIN wallet or other payment methods available on the SHEIN website, within the applicable timeframes, excluding refund/rejection/cancellation amounts of your orders and payments made with SHEIN gift cards.
Due to currency exchange rate variations, the order amount may vary slightly. Thank you for your understanding.
1.4 MEMBERSHIP
SHEIN VIP membership is free of charge. SHEIN VIP membership is individual and limited to one account per person.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you are of legal age to join our program and to keep your email and details up to date in your Account.
SHEIN reserves the right to disqualify any Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or activity that represents improper manipulation or abuse of the Program will result in the removal of the account involved without prior notice. When a membership is terminated, all pending privileges and coupons associated with it will be lost.
2. ABOUT MEMBER LEVELS
2.1 INTRODUCTION
SHEIN VIP has four levels: Level S1, Level S2, Level S3 (available for VIP members) and Level S0 (available for any registered member).
2.2 CHANGES
Each level is valid for 12 months once the SHEIN VIP level is reached (excluding level S1); afterwards, it will be validated once a month. Data is updated every 24 hours. Please check your level after 24 hours. Once you have reached level S1, you cannot lose it. Please note that level upgrades are based on qualifying purchases or the amount of purchases made within the last 12 months, that is, 45 days before the update date of each month.
3. REWARDS
3.1 INTRODUCTION
Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. Details of these offers are periodically posted on the program's website.
3.2 OTHER
The details and terms of any offer set forth on the program's website are valid for your active membership period, unless otherwise specified on the program's website.
Please note that SHEIN VIP rewards and gifts cannot be used to purchase gift cards or applied to previous purchases.
Coupons are applicable on the websites where you are registered.
4. MORE DETAILS
4.1 ACCEPTANCE
Once you join the loyalty program, you are considered to have read and accepted the rules. SHEIN may, at its sole discretion, alter, limit or modify the rules, regulations, rewards, membership eligibility of SHEIN VIP, or any other feature of SHEIN VIP and/or may terminate SHEIN VIP at any time, at its discretion, by notice on the website and/or by email. You can consult the latest version of these rules on this page. If you continue to use SHEIN membership rights after the terms of these rules have changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you must voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the website regularly to stay informed of updates.
4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL
You can cancel your participation at any time through your Account on the website or by contacting SHEIN Customer Service. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes that may occur.
Please note that if you terminate your membership in the program, you will only be able to make purchases on shein.com using your guest account, and all pending Points and Rewards remaining in your account will be lost.
4.3 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
SHEIN may modify the terms of the program, including Rewards and Levels, or suspend or terminate the program if this program cannot be run as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in the loss of a purchase or the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, breach of any provision of the program, any misrepresentation or any action that harms SHEIN's interests, or fraud or attempted fraud, may result in the revocation of the member's membership and will affect their eligibility for future participation in the program.
4.4 COMMUNICATIONS
In the event of any modification, suspension or termination of the Terms and Rewards, SHEIN will notify these changes via email, mail or any other marketing channel we have access to for contacting you, as well as on our website. If you unsubscribe from the program, you will not receive any type of message or any compensation from SHEIN in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that SHEIN will continue to send emails with information regarding changes to your account and your SHEIN VIP membership.
SHEIN reserves the right to modify, update or suspend the SHEIN VIP membership standard at any time, which may involve changes to level status and rewards. Finally, SHEIN holds the power of final interpretation.
