Fashion Choice, PTE. LTD. ("SHEIN"), with address at 12 Marina Boulevard, #15-01, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Singapore 018982, is responsible for and presents the Terms and Conditions of the "SHEIN refunds your order" Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Rewards Program" or the "Program") and acts as the party in charge of organizing it.

1. "SHEIN refunds your order" consists of a Rewards Program for New Users and Existing Users of the SHEIN Platform in Mexico who comply with all the terms and conditions established in this document (hereinafter the "Terms"), which will be valid from 00:00 hrs (GMT -6) on November 15, 2024 until 23:59 hrs (GMT -6) on November 18, 2024. (the "Validity Period").

"New User" means a person who does not have a registration on the SHEIN platform at the start of the Validity Period of this program, or who, having a registration, has not made at least one (1) purchase through said Platform.

"Existing User" means a person who has a registration on the SHEIN platform and who has made at least one (1) purchase prior to the start of the Validity Period of this program.

2. Eligibility requirements for the Rewards Program:

(i) Meet the status of New User or Existing User.

(ii) Have a valid and current profile on the SHEIN app and/or website.

(iii) Access the SHEIN platform in Mexico, either through the SHEIN app or the website https://www.shein.com.mx/

(iv) Place a purchase order for one (1) or more items of SHEIN brands (that is, that said products do NOT contain the "National Shipping" or "Marketplace" label) during the Validity Period of the program, with a total ticket for said items of up to a maximum amount of $999.00 (nine hundred ninety-nine pesos 00/100).

(iv.1) Does not apply to products with cash on delivery payment, nor to orders paid using the balance of a gift card (either in part or the entire order), nor to orders that are subsequently canceled or refunded.

3. Rewards that can be obtained by participating in this Program:

(i) For New Users and/or Existing Users: Refund for two hundred (200) purchase orders, for the amount of the purchase ticket, as long as it is an order not greater than $999.00 (nine hundred ninety-nine pesos 00/100 M.N.), under the terms indicated in the previous numeral. (Applies exclusively up to one (1) refund per User.)

(i) Two hundred (200) Refunds of purchase orders without distinction between whether these have been made by New Users or Existing Users, for the amount of the purchase ticket, as long as it is an order not greater than $999.00 (nine hundred ninety-nine pesos 00/100 M.N.), under the terms indicated in numerals 2. and 4. of these Terms. (Applies exclusively up to one (1) refund per User.)

4. Mechanics for obtaining the Program Rewards:

New Users and/or Existing Users who during the Validity Period of the Program meet the requirements set forth in numeral 2. of these terms will be entitled to the Program Reward if their order is a hundredth order, that is: order 100 (one hundred), 200 (two hundred), 300 (three hundred) and so on up to order 20,000 (twenty thousand). The total number of orders applies collectively for the indicated period, not per day.

Once the compliance with the requirements of the dynamic by the list of the 200 (two hundred) New Users and/or Existing Users referred to in the previous paragraph has been completed and verified, the Organizer's team will contact them within 14 (fourteen) business days following the end of the Validity Period of the Program through the email address registered in their SHEIN account, and they will be informed about the next steps for the refund to be applied within the following 30 (thirty) business days.

5. SHEIN reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the refund in case of any type of suspicion of fraud, abuse of rights or bad faith on the part of the participating User.

6. SHEIN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as to modify, suspend or extend the Rewards Program upon prior notification through the same means of communication used to announce this Rewards Program.

7. As a supplement to these Terms and Conditions of the "SHEIN refunds your order" Program, the Terms and Conditions of use of the platform that are in force during the relationship between the company and the user shall also be applicable, which can be consulted at https://www.shein.com.mx/buen-fin-2024-terms-and-conditions-a-3072.html .

8. The waiver or cancellation due to the expiration of the validity of any of the rewards, whatever the reason that motivates it, will not entitle the User to any type of compensation. Under no circumstances will it be exchangeable for money in any of its forms, or goods of another nature.

SHEIN assumes absolute responsibility only in the activities that correspond to it in accordance with the mechanics described above, provided that they are specified in this document. SHEIN will not be responsible under any circumstances for the damages that the coupon received by the User could cause, nor those that may eventually be generated to any User for their participation in the dynamic.

Matters not specified by these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by SHEIN in a definitive and unappealable manner.

Any matter that, by virtue of these Terms and Conditions, arises between any User and SHEIN, will be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the Courts of Mexico City will have jurisdiction to resolve any controversy or legal dispute, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles.
