Q1: What types of points can be used across all websites?
A1: These include, but are not limited to, points rewards for placing an order, review rewards, sign-up rewards, giveaways and all other games, survey rewards, and points granted by SHEIN customer service, etc.
Q2: How can I check my points balance on other websites?
A2: You can visit the points page on different websites and view your remaining points balance. Available points on a website can be used even if they come from different types of activities.
Q3: If I place an order on website A and confirm it on website B, how are the order and review rewards calculated?
A3: Regardless of the website where you confirm the order or leave a review, the order reward and review reward are calculated based on the website where you place the order.

About using SHEIN points across websites
The following are ways you can earn SHEIN points.
Confirm your sign-up
You can verify your email from your profile to receive 100 points.
Purchases
You may earn SHEIN Points by making qualifying purchases on the Site or App and confirming delivery of your order. Generally, you may earn 1 Point for every dollar spent on purchasing a product on the Site or App, based on the list price of the product (including any discounts or reductions) at the time of placing your order. You must confirm delivery of your order before Points are credited to your User Account. If you do not confirm delivery of your order within six (6) months from the date of purchase, the SHEIN Points will not be credited.
To validate your points, confirm delivery of your order as soon as you receive it.

Select the received order and click "Confirm Delivery"
Review our products
You can earn points by posting reviews and opinions on purchased items. When the minimum character count is reached in the product review, you will receive 5 points.

Log in to your SHEIN account
Click on "My Orders"
Go to "Details" on the order that contains the item you want to review.
Then click "Post a Review" and attach a photo if you wish.
Submit your review.

- When your review is visible, you can share it on Facebook.
Please note that you can receive a maximum of 2000 points per day.
Other activities
Daily Check-In
1. The more consecutive daily check-ins you complete, the more points you can earn.
2. The maximum number of points you can earn from consecutive daily check-ins is on day 7. On the eighth day, the points cycle restarts from the beginning. If you miss a day of check-in, the 7-day cycle starts over.

During the broadcast, points are randomly given away to all our followers.
Participating in daily marketing activities
By participating in activities offered by SHEIN to earn points. You will earn points within the specified period and according to the specific rules of each activity.
About redeeming SHEIN points
Points are independent for each SHEIN website. The balance is shown on the Points History page. It is the balance available to you on the current site.
100 points = $1 USD. You can use points to pay up to 30% of the total amount of your purchase of SHEIN-branded products (payment applies only to the price of SHEIN-branded products, not to Local Seller products marked with the "Marketplace" tag, nor to shipping, taxes, and/or insurance for any product). Points will be used based on the expiration date. For more information about points and their use, click here.
You can also use your points to redeem coupons during special events. For specific usage rules, please refer to the terms and conditions of each event.
About viewing SHEIN points
To check your "Bonus Points" balance, log in to your account and click on "My Account". You can only view the points balance of the current website from the current website.
About the validity period of SHEIN points
Depending on their category, SHEIN POINTS have different expiration dates. Expiration dates range from 7 days to 3 months, some even longer. If your points expire before being used, they will be removed from your account.
About the daily limit of SHEIN points
For each user, there is a maximum amount of points that can be received daily. When users reach the maximum amount of points they can receive in a day, they can still participate in events and games, but cannot receive more points. Click here to learn more about the limit settings.
1. Each user can receive a maximum of 8000 SHEIN points per day;
2. Each user can receive a maximum of 2000 SHEIN points daily from reviews;
3. Each user can receive a maximum of 100 SHEIN points daily from signing up;
4. Each user can receive a maximum of 500 SHEIN points daily from events;
5. Each user can receive a maximum of 200 SHEIN points daily from surveys;
About SHEIN points refunds
1. If an order that has not yet been paid is canceled, the applied points will be immediately returned to your account.
2. If you request a return, the points used will be returned to your account when the refund is processed. If there is a partial return, points may be refunded proportionally to the amount of returned items.
3. If the canceled order or refund is processed outside the points validity period, the points will not be refunded. You can view the points balance with the details in your account.
4. If the items for which points were credited are returned and/or refunded, the points associated with that order will be deducted from your points balance. If your Points balance does not have enough Points, such balance will appear as a negative figure, which can subsequently be offset by earning more Points. A negative Points balance does not create or impose any requirement or obligation on You.
Points adjustments
SHEIN has the right to correct any errors and make any necessary adjustments, at any time, with or without prior notice, even if any Points have been: (i) obtained or credited erroneously or fraudulently to your User Account; or (ii) obtained at an incorrect rate. SHEIN may also refuse to allow you to redeem Points, reverse any transaction involving a redemption of Points, or deduct additional Points from your User Account when there is an error in the Points required for the redemption at the time of making it.
If you received points for reviewing/rating an item, but later return that item, the points earned for posting the review for that item will be deducted from your points balance. If your Points balance does not have enough Points to account for this Points deduction, a negative figure will appear, which can be offset by earning more Points. A negative Points balance does not create or impose any requirement or obligation on You.
Please note that these rights may be exercised regardless of whether the error occurred through an act or omission of (i) SHEIN, (ii) any of its affiliates or service providers, or (iii) third parties.
