Gift cards can be redeemed on SHEIN to purchase products and services. Gift cards purchased after March 8, 2021 can no longer be redeemed outside of where they were purchased. For example, if you purchased a gift card on the SHEIN US website, it can only be redeemed on the website, mobile site, Android system, or iOS system of the SHEIN US website.

Gift cards can only be redeemed for the purchase of SHEIN products (i.e., products sold by SHEIN Distribution Corporation) and cannot be redeemed for products from third-party sellers. Additionally, gift cards cannot be redeemed for the purchase of SHEIN CLUB memberships. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right, without notice, to void gift cards without refund, suspend or terminate user accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and charge alternative payment methods if we suspect that a gift card was obtained, used, or applied to a SHEIN order fraudulently, illegally, or otherwise in violation of these gift card terms.

When you purchase a gift card, we need to verify that the payment method you are using is secure. The verification process may take between 1 and 7 business days. This timeframe will depend on the payment method you have selected.

You can enter the gift card number and PIN number at checkout. The amount will be deducted from the gift card. If the balance due is greater than the remaining balance on the gift card, you must select other payment methods to pay the remaining amount.

Please note that only one gift card can be redeemed in connection with a given order and they cannot be "stacked" or otherwise combined with other gift cards for the same order.

Gift Cards now support account linking. Once a Gift Card is linked to your account, only the account holder can use it, and it will not be necessary to enter the PIN in future redemptions, which makes the checkout process faster and more convenient. Please note that the linking is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.

If a Gift Card is not linked to an account, it can be shared with up to five different users. Once this limit is reached, no additional users can redeem the Gift Card.

You can check the balance of your gift card from your account.

The balance of your gift card can be used to purchase products and services on SHEIN. The gift card balance cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Any of our gift cards that you purchase will not have an expiration date.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Please note that any gift card we issue to you free of charge may have an expiration period, which typically ranges from 1 day to 3 months (or potentially longer) from the date of issuance.

Once the validity period expires, the gift card cannot be redeemed.

If an order has been paid for with a gift card and a refund is requested, the portion paid with said card will be returned to the gift card.

Once the gift card has been successfully purchased, it will be sent to the registered email address (or alternative methods that SHEIN may accept). If you did not receive your gift card number and PIN number, it may be because:

SHEIN will not be responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, or if a Gift Card is used without your authorization. Ownership and risk of loss of Gift Cards pass to the owner at the time of sale of the Gift Card. Please make sure to use appropriate means to protect your gift card number and PIN from unauthorized access and use. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card, please contact us immediately through Customer Service.
