The participation of Users in this Program in itself implies knowledge and express acceptance of the mechanics and the terms and conditions established herein (hereinafter the "Terms"), which can be consulted at the following electronic address https://www.shein.com.mx/mx--hot-fashion-1-a-3945.html as well as on the Instagram® profile @sheinmex.

1. - Name of the Program: "SHEINXITSMITCH".

2.- Program Sponsor: the activities described in this Program are organized by MODA SINFONIA, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. (hereinafter, interchangeably referred to as "SHEIN", "The Organizer" or "The Sponsor"), with an address to hear and receive notifications in Mexico, located at Av. Ejército Nacional Mexicano 769 Torre B Piso 4, Col. Granada, Alc. Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11520, Mexico City.

3.- Participants: the persons described in these Terms may be Participants in this Program:

i) Persons of legal age, that is, who are 18 years old at the time of the Program's start date, who are registered in the SHEIN app in Mexico and who follow SHEIN's official account in Mexico on Instagram®: @shein_mex ii) Persons residing in the Mexican Republic. iii) The Participant must not fall under any of the exclusion scenarios established in these Terms. iv) Persons who comply with all the requirements established in these Terms. The User's participation in this Program implies the express acceptance of the mechanics and Terms established in this Program.

EXCLUSIONS. Employees, officers or directors of the group of companies known as SHEIN, or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or any advertising or promotion agency involved in the "SHEINXITSMICH" Program, as well as their relatives up to the fourth degree, are not eligible to participate in the Program.

4.- Dates and place of validity of the Program: this Program will start from August 19, 2026 at 8:00 pm to August 26, 2026 at 8:00 pm, Central Mexico time (the "Program Validity Period"). The winners will be announced on August 27, 2026.

This Program will be valid only within the territory of the United Mexican States.

5.- Benefits that may be obtained from the Program:

The benefits will be limited to eight (8) Participants on the Instagram® platform, who may be entitled to a digital card for purchases in the SHEIN app for an amount of $5,500.00 (Five thousand five hundred pesos 00/100 M.N.). The promotion is limited to one card per user during the validity of the promotion and is not cumulative with other promotions, discounts or coupons, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

6.- Program dissemination channels: this Program will be disseminated through the website www.shein.com.mx as well as on the Organizer's Instagram® profile, @shein_mex.

7.- Mechanics: participation in this Program is subject to the following mechanics:

In addition to the above, the Participant agrees to participate in this Program in accordance with the law, generally accepted morals and good customs, and public order. Likewise, the Participant undertakes to behave properly and diligently and to refrain from carrying out unlawful acts, acts prohibited by these Terms, acts harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload or impair the computer equipment of other Participants or other Internet users (hardware and software as well as documents, files, and all kinds of content stored on their computer equipment (hacking) or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of said computer equipment and documents, files and content by other Participants and other Internet users.

In particular, and by way of illustration and not limitation, Participants agree not to use the information directly related to SHEIN and/or the Program for the purpose of storing, distributing, transmitting or disseminating messages or communications of any kind whose content:

a) Contravenes, disparages or attacks the fundamental rights and public freedoms constitutionally recognized, in international treaties and in the rest of the legal system;

b) Induces, incites or promotes criminal, denigrating, defamatory, infamous, violent actions or, in general, actions contrary to the law, generally accepted morals and good customs, or public order;

c) Induces, incites or promotes discriminatory actions, attitudes or ideas based on sex, race, religion, beliefs, age or condition;

d) Incorporates, makes available or allows access to criminal, violent, pornographic, degrading products, elements, messages and/or services or, in general, contrary to the law, generally accepted morals and good customs, or public order;

e) Induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear;

f) Induces or may induce involvement in dangerous, risky or harmful practices for health and mental balance;

g) Is false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or untimely, in a way that may lead to error about its purpose or the intentions or purposes of the communicator;

h) Is protected by any intellectual or industrial property right belonging to third parties, without the Participants having previously obtained from the owners the necessary authorization to carry out the use they make or intend to make or that is made;

i) Violates the business secrets of third parties;

j) Is contrary to the right to honor, personal and family privacy or the image of persons;

k) Infringes the regulations on the confidentiality of communications;

l) Constitutes unlawful, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, constitutes unfair competition;

m) Causes by its characteristics (such as format, length, etc.) difficulties in the normal operation of the Organizer's server and/or Instagram®

n) Has the direct or indirect purpose of advertising, marketing, selling and/or offering any kind of products or services, and/or pursues any other activity of a profit-making nature for the Participants.

Participants who find themselves in any of the following situations will be immediately disqualified from the Program and, consequently, will not be valid nor participate:

a) Participants who do not comply with these terms and conditions, as well as with the technical specifications and/or any other provision of these Terms.

b) Participants who, at the Organizer's discretion, are not in a position to participate in the Program.

8.- Determination of the Users entitled to obtain the Benefits:

a) An internal qualifying panel of the Organizer will review all Instagram® posts, and after determining that they comply with the provisions of sections 3 and 7 of these Terms, will select the eight (8) posts with the most likes, determining at its own discretion who will be entitled to the Program Benefit.

b) SHEIN will contact the Participants entitled to the Benefit through a private message from the @shein_mex profile on Instagram®. Such Users must respond to SHEIN within a period of no more than 24 (twenty-four) hours, answering a skill question, and once the answer is confirmed by SHEIN, they must provide their information to coordinate the delivery of the Benefit, including name, age, state of residence, and user profile in the SHEIN app in Mexico.

c) In the event that the Participant entitled to the Benefit does not respond within said period, refuses to provide the required information, or provides information that is not truthful and/or complete for identification and/or location purposes, SHEIN will select another participant and contact them, granting the same response period.

d) SHEIN will disqualify any participant who fails to meet any of the aforementioned requirements, uses inappropriate language in their responses, or uses the SHEIN brand name in a way that undermines its reputation.

e) SHEIN reserves the right to grant the Program reward to another Participant in the event that SHEIN has knowledge, motive, or reasons to believe that a Participant should not be entitled to it due to falling under an exclusion clause.

f) If, for any reason not attributable to the Organizer, the winning Participant waives the Benefit, they must notify the Organizer in writing at the time they are contacted through a private Instagram® message. In this case, the Participant selected as an alternate will automatically be considered as the recipient of the Benefit described in this Program.

g) When claiming the Benefit, the winning Participant must present a valid official identification in accordance with applicable Mexican regulations, as well as provide any additional information requested by the Organizer at the time of being contacted.

9.- Personal data: By participating in this Program, the Participant must provide the Organizer with the following personal data: first and last name, official photo identification, contact email address, contact telephone number, and username on the SHEIN platform in Mexico.

By participating in this Program, the Participant agrees that their personal data may be processed by the Organizer in accordance with its privacy notice, which is available within the SHEIN application and at www.shein.com.mx

10.- Copyright and industrial property: The Participants declare that they are the sole and exclusive owners of all rights derived from the photographs, images and/or works subject to this Program, undertaking to hold SHEIN and its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or the companies of the group to which they belong harmless in the event of any third-party claims arising from the originality or ownership of said photos, images and/or works.

The Participants grant to SHEIN and its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or the companies of the group to which they belong, a license to use the photographs and video subject to this Program, which shall be perpetual, universal, free of charge, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free, including among the rights granted, the right to sublicense, sell, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works, publicly exhibit and perform them, in any form, through any medium, in any place.

The trademarks shown in this Program are registered in favor of their owners, who hold all rights and prerogatives derived from their application and/or registration before the corresponding authority, therefore no rights are held over them.

11.- Transitional Provisions

(a) The waiver of a Benefit, for whatever reason, shall not entitle the recipient to any type of compensation.

(b) By participating in this Program, the Participant expressly declares full acceptance of the Terms and the terms and conditions of the Program, therefore the acceptance of the terms of this call and Terms constitutes the binding agreement between the parties.

(c) The Program Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who jeopardizes the integrity and proper development of the Program, such as in the case of "hackers" (a term used to refer to persons with extensive knowledge of computing and telecommunications who are employed with personal objectives for profit purposes, which may or may not be malicious or illegal) or "promotion hunters" (defined as any Participant who acts alone or jointly with economic, material, or informational resources in an unfair manner against other Participants to obtain the Program benefit regardless of whether the mechanisms used are unethical, immoral, or even illegal).

(d) If the Organizer suspects any anomaly, it reserves the right to declare the responsible party as 'disqualified,' and grant the Benefit to the Participant who meets the requirements established in these Terms.

(e) The Organizer will not be responsible for entries and/or registrations that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or that could not be submitted due to technical failures or any other reason. For purposes of locating the winning Participant, the Organizer will not be responsible for any error that may arise in the data provided by said winner at the time of registration and/or participation in this Program.

(f) The Organizer will not provide Participants with any warranty on the Benefit delivered.

(g) The Benefit is personal and non-transferable and cannot be endorsed to third parties. Under no circumstances may it be exchanged for money in any form, or for other types of goods.

(h) The Organizer does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Website. Whenever reasonably possible, the Organizer will provide prior notice of interruptions in its operation.

(i) The Organizer reserves the right to eliminate any Participant and/or User who defrauds, alters, or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulated course of the Program. The Organizer intends for all Participants to participate on equal terms and with strict respect for the conditions described in these Terms. Therefore, any abusive or fraudulent use of these Terms will result in the disqualification and cancellation of the Participant from any subsequent promotion, activities, and/or Programs carried out by the Organizer.

(j) The content of the website on which this Program is published is the property of the Organizer, therefore the person responsible for any improper use of the image or information contained therein will be subject to the sanctions established by Law.

(k) The Program Organizer assumes absolute responsibility only for the activities that correspond to it in accordance with the mechanics described above, provided they are specified in this document. Under no circumstances shall the Organizer be liable for any damages that the Benefit received by the winning Participant may cause, nor for those that may eventually be generated to the winning Participant and/or other Participants due to their participation in the Program.

(l) Cancellations, modifications and/or Annexes: The Organizer reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes to the Program and benefits, provided they are justified and/or do not harm the Participants and are duly communicated to them.

(m) The Organizer may cancel the program only due to force majeure or fortuitous events. In no case shall such cancellation imply the waiver or impairment of the participants' rights. The Organizer must notify the participants of the cancellation at least five (5) calendar days prior to the start of the program and, if applicable, fully refund any amount paid, without any penalty, within the time frames established by applicable regulations.

(n) The Organizer reserves the right not to carry out the Program, provided that no type of dissemination of these Terms has been made by any means.

(o) No part of the Organizer's Website, nor the promotional material printed or stored in electronic format, may be replicated as it is protected by copyright. Said content is the property of the Organizer, so the person responsible for any improper use made of the image or information will be subject to the sanctions contained in the Law.

(p) Any matter arising between any Participant and the Organizer by virtue of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and the Courts of Mexico City shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or legal controversy, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future domiciles.

(q) Matters not specified by these Terms shall be resolved by the Organizer in a final and unappealable manner.

(r) Instagram® and third parties are released from all responsibility, sponsorship, and administration of this Program, including the delivery of the Benefits.
