ELIGIBILITY: SHEIN's "OPEN GIFT" LIVE STREAM INSTANT REWARD (the "Instant Reward" or the "Instant Reward Program" ) is open to legal residents of Mexico who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers or directors of Moda Sinfonía, S. de R. L. de C. V., ( "Sponsor" ), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotional agency involved in this Instant Reward Program, as well as the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate.

LIVE STREAM TIME and REWARDS PROGRAM PERIOD: The instant rewards program is available during each live stream starting in May 2024 and ending on December 31, 2024.

1. Log in to your SHEIN user account in the SHEIN app.

2. Two ways to enter the live room:

(i) After the live stream begins, you can click the Live icon located on the SHEIN app home page to enter the live stream.

(ii) If the live stream has not yet started, you can access it in Me > More Services > Gals > Media > Live.

3. During the live stream, there will be a gift box icon (the "Box Icon") on the live stream page indicating the countdown for the next instant reward opportunity ("Instant Reward Round"), and when the countdown ends, a gift box will automatically appear. By clicking "Open," participants will see whether they receive the rewards.

4. You must log in to your SHEIN user account in the SHEIN app and enter the live stream room during the live stream period to participate in the instant rewards program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN app or created a SHEIN user account, you can download the app for free and create a free SHEIN user account. See the details for creating a free SHEIN user account at https://www.shein.com.mx/user/auth/login?from=navTop . The use of any macro, bot, script, or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. The Sponsor's database computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of a participant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the corresponding social media account.

1. There will be several Instant Reward Rounds during the live stream. Each Instant Reward Round will begin at a set time provided in the previous Section, LIVE STREAM TIME and REWARDS PROGRAM PERIOD.

2. Each Instant Reward Round will contain a certain number of SHEIN Points or SHEIN Coupons or SHEIN Gift Cards as rewards (the "Rewards") and a number of eligible recipients (the "Recipients") who will receive the Reward. The type and quantity of Rewards and the number of Recipients will be predefined and displayed before said Round begins.

3. There will be a limited number of initial participants who can receive the Reward during an Instant Reward Round. For example, if an Instant Reward Round has been preset with 100 Recipients and the total Reward is 10,000 SHEIN Points, only the first 100 participants who click the "Open" button will equally divide the 10,000 Shein points, that is, they will receive 100 SHEIN Points each. If an Instant Reward Round has been preset with 100 Recipients and the total Reward is 100 pieces of SHEIN Coupons, only the first 100 participants to "Open" the box will obtain the Reward.

4. The number of Recipients and the total Rewards for each Instant Reward Round will be displayed and can be viewed by clicking the Box Icon. The total SHEIN Points received by all Recipients is equal to the total points distributed for that Round. The total pieces of coupons/gift cards won by all participants is equal to the total pieces of coupons/gift cards distributed for that round.

5. Participants can click "Reward Record" in the pop-up window displaying the results to see if they are the recipients of the reward. No responsibility is assumed for any reward recipient notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential reward recipient for any reason. If a Recipient is determined to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules or refuses a reward for any reason before awarding, said Recipient will be disqualified.

6. The Rewards (SHEIN Points) will be placed in the Recipient's SHEIN user account. The awarded SHEIN points/coupons will be credited to the Recipient's SHEIN user account within 10 days after being obtained. The awarded SHEIN gift card will be delivered within 10 days in the form of a gift card code that can be used at https://www.shein.com.mx/ . If you are the Recipient, you can view your SHEIN Points/SHEIN Coupons/Gift Card and expiration date in the "My Points"/"Coupons"/"Gift Card" section of your SHEIN user account. Rewards will be subject to the Terms and Conditions and the SHEIN Points Policy .

PARTICIPATION. By participating in the Program, (i) you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) you agree to be bound by the decisions of the Program judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Program. No responsibility is assumed for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or (ii) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or failure to receive participation information by the Sponsor due to technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to the participants' computer or mobile device or of any other person related to or resulting from participation in the Instant Reward Program. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any Activity it sponsors any person deemed to have intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify, or terminate the Program if the Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that the malfunction, error, interruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Program.

PUBLICITY/USE RIGHTS: By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, that the Sponsor (and those acting under its authorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, transmit and use your Comment in whole or in part, in any manner, in any medium, whether now existing or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, including but not limited to online publication. Participation in the Program and/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes winners' consent to the use of your photo, name, image, voice, opinions, statements, biographical information and/or city and state of origin for promotional or advertising purposes in any medium, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without review, notice, payment or additional consideration (unless prohibited by law).

DISCLAIMER: By participating in the Instant Rewards Program, you release the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this Instant Rewards Program from any injury, loss or damage caused or claimed by your participation in the Instant Rewards Program and/or the acceptance, award, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Rewards, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, related to the promotion and/or the awarding of any reward, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules. Furthermore, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Program, but in no event attorneys' fees; (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain any award for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (d) these Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the internal laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of the State of California, and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection thereto.
