ELEGIBILIDAD: El Sorteo #SHEINhotmayo (el "Sorteo") está abierto a los residentes legales delos 50 Estados Unidos (excepto Nueva York, Florida y Rhode Island), DC y México que tengan 18años de edad o más. PERÍODO DEL SORTEO: El Sorteo comienza el 5 de mayo de 2025 a las 00:00:01 (tiempo delcentro) ("UTC") GMT-6) y finaliza el 25 de mayo de 2025 a las 23:59:59 (tiempo del centro)(GMT-6) (el "Período del Sorteo"). CÓMO PARTICIPAR: Durante el sorteo, inicie sesión en Instagram y (1) siga a @shein_mex, (2)haga clic en Me gusta (doble clic) en la publicación del sorteo；(3)Tome una captura de pantalla dela publicación del Sorteo y vuelva a publicarla en su feed con los hashtags #SHEINhotmayo y#SHEINContest （ 4 ） ETIQUETA al menos a un@ de tus besties y agrega los hashtags#SHEINhotmayo y #SHEINContest. Tu publicación debe incluir los hashtags #SHEINhotmayo y#SHEINContest.
Limitado a una (1) entrada por persona/cuenta de Instagram, independientemente de la cantidad decomentarios o Publicaciones. Debe tener una cuenta de Instagram para participar y su cuenta debeser pública. Las cuentas son gratuitas. Todas las entradas están sujetas a los términos de uso deInstagram. SORTEO Y NOTIFICACIÓN DEL GANADOR: El sorteo al azar entre todas las participacioneselegibles recibidas durante el Período del sorteo se llevará a cabo alrededor del 26 de mayo de 2025
para seleccionar10 ganadores potenciales. Los ganadores potenciales serán notificados a través deun mensaje directo de Instagram alrededor del 3 de junio de 2025. Cualquier ganador potencial deMéxico debe responder una pregunta de prueba de habilidad matemática por tiempo limitado sinasistencia de ningún tipo, ya sea mecánica o de otro tipo, que se administrará por teléfono al untiempo especificado por el Patrocinador. Si no responde correctamente a la pregunta de prueba dehabilidad en el tiempo proporcionado, se descalificará y se seleccionará un ganador alternativo, adiscreción exclusiva del Patrocinador. ELIGIBILITY: The #SHEINhotmayo Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50Unites States (excluding Rhode Island), DC, and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older. (“Sponsor”), or any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or anyadvertising or promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as wellas the immediate family and household members of each such person, are not eligible to participate. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on 5 May, 2025 at 12:00:01 Central Standard Time(“CST”) (GMT -6), and ends on 25 May, 2025 at 11:59:59 CST (GMT -6) (the “Sweepstakes Period”). TheSponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, log in to Instagram and (1) follow @shein_mex, (2) like(double tap) the Sweepstakes post, (3)Take a screenshot of the second picture of the Giveaway post and Repost it to
your feed with the hashtags #SHEINhotmayo and #SHEINContest (“Comment”)（4）TAG at least one of yourbesties in the comments section of the Sweepstakes post and include the hashtags #SHEINhotmayo and#SHEINContest . Your Post must include both hashtags #SHEINhotmayo and #SHEINContest.
Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account, regardless of number of Posts or friends tagged. You must havean Instagram account to participate and your account must be public. Accounts are free. All entries are subject toInstagram’s terms of use. Use of any macro, bot, script or other automated means to submit entries is prohibited.Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a disputeover the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email addressassociated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as thenatural person who is assigned to an email address or other similar account associated with the relevant social mediaaccount.

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Random drawing from among all eligible entries received duringthe Sweepstakes Period will be conducted on or about 26 May, 2025, to select Ten (10) potential winners. Potentialwinners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message on or about 3 June, 2025. Any potential winner from Mexicomust answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind, whether mechanicalor otherwise, to be administered by telephone at a time specified by Sponsor. Failure to answer skill-testingquestion correctly in the time provided will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner, atSponsor’s sole discretion. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not receivedby a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 2 days after the first notificationattempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, suchpotential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If potential winner is found to beineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior toaward, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Each prize consists of a SHEIN electronic gift card in theamount of MXN$ 8,000 which is equivalent to approximately USD $406 as of the date of publication of theseOfficial Rules, but subject to fluctuation. Prize will be delivered via Instagram Direct Message in the form of a giftcard code usable at https://www.shein.com.mx/ or https://us.shein.com. Odds of winning depend on the numberof eligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitution will be allowed,except in Sponsor’s discretion. A substitute of comparable or greater value may be awarded if the Prize listedbecomes unavailable for any reason. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for anyother fees or costs associated with acceptance or use of any prize.
PARTICIPATION. By entering the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including alleligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which are final andbinding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
