#VacayTrends #SHEINtrends y#SHEINContest ("Publicar") y (4) Etiqueta a 3 amigxs en loscomentarios. Su publicación debe incluir los hashtags #SHEINTrends #VacayTrendsy #SHEINContest.

Limitado a una (1) entrada porpersona/cuenta de Instagram, independientemente de la cantidad de comentarios oamigos etiquetados. Debe tener una cuenta de Instagram para participar y sucuenta debe ser pública. Las cuentas son gratuitas. Todas las entradas estánsujetas a los términos de uso de Instagram. Está prohibido el uso de macros,bots, secuencias de comandos u otros medios automatizados para enviarparticipaciones. La prueba de envío no es prueba de recepción. SORTEO Y NOTIFICACIÓN DELGANADOR: Elsorteo al azar entre todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante elPeríodo del sorteo se llevará a cabo alrededor del [20 de Mayo de 2025, 27 deMayo de 2025, 03 de Junio de 2025, 10 de Junio de 2025] para seleccionar [12] (#SHEINTrends #VacayTrends) ganadores potenciales para cada sorteo respectivo(un total de 48 ganadores potenciales). Los ganadores potenciales seránnotificados a través de un mensaje directo de Instagram alrededor del [23 deMayo de 2025, 30 de Mayo de 2025, 06 de Junio de 2025, 13 de Junio de 2025].Cualquier ganador potencial de México debe responder una pregunta de prueba dehabilidad matemática por tiempo limitado sin asistencia de ningún tipo, ya seamecánica o de otro tipo, que se administrará por teléfono al un tiempoespecificado por el Patrocinador. Si no responde correctamente a la pregunta deprueba de habilidad en el tiempo proporcionado, se descalificará y seseleccionará un ganador alternativo, a discreción exclusiva del Patrocinador.No se asume ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier notificación de ganador quese pierda, intercepte o no reciba un ganador potencial por cualquier motivo. PREMIO Y PROBABILIDADES: Hay [48] disponibles un totalde cuarenta y ocho (48) premios, cada uno consistente en un (1) boleto de aviónen clase económica ida y vuelta para una sola persona. El aeropuerto de salidadebe estar ubicado dentro de los Estados Unidos o México. El destino puede sernacional o internacional, siempre que esté permitido por las leyes federales yestatales aplicables y las regulaciones de la aerolínea operadora.

El valor máximo de cadapremio, incluyendo tarifa base, impuestos y cargos obligatorios impuestos porla aerolínea o autoridades gubernamentales al momento de la reserva, nosuperará los $410 Estadounidenses (MXN$8,000). Este límite incluye únicamenteel costo total del boleto de avión cubierto por el patrocinador. No estánincluidos los costos por equipaje adicional, selección de asiento, seguros deviaje, servicios a bordo, transporte terrestre, alojamiento, comidas ni ningúnotro gasto incidental.

Para canjear el premio, elganador deberá enviar un mensaje directo a la cuenta de Instagram @shein_mexproporcionando:

(i) Nombre legal completo (comoaparece en su identificación oficial);

(ii) Un número deidentificación válido (por ejemplo, pasaporte);

(iii) Detalles del vuelodeseado: aeropuerto de salida (dentro de EE. UU.), destino, fechas de salida yregreso;

(iv) Aerolíneas o horariospreferidos (las solicitudes serán consideradas siempre que se ajusten al límitede MXN$8,000 y haya disponibilidad).

Una vez recibida estainformación, SHEIN buscará y propondrá opciones de vuelo dentro del valormáximo establecido. El ganador deberá confirmar su aceptación del itinerario ala brevedad. SHEIN comprará el boleto a nombre del ganador.

Todos los pasos para el canjedel premio (contacto inicial, entrega de información y confirmación final)deberán completarse antes del 15 de junio de 2025. Si no se completa esteproceso en tiempo y forma, el ganador podría perder el premio sin compensaciónadicional. PRIZE AND ODDS: There are a total offorty-eight (48) prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) round-tripeconomy class air fare for one person with a value of up to MXN 8,000 which isequivalent to approximately USD $410 as of the date of publication of theseOfficial Rules, but subject to fluctuation. The departure airport for theflight must be located within Mexico or the United States. The prize onlyincludes cost of the actual ticket (the ”Base Fare”) plus any taxes andmandatory fees applicable to the Base Fare as imposed by the airline orrelevant governmental authorities at the time of booking. All other costs, suchas costs for checked-in or carry-on baggage, seat selection fees, travelinsurance, in-flight services, or any other incidental charges are not includedin the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. The departure airportfor the flight must be located within Mexico or the United States. Thedestination may be any domestic or international location permitted byapplicable federal and state laws and the operating airline's regulations.

Prize Redemption

A winner must redeem the prizeby the following applicable redemption dates (“Redemption Dates”)respectively:

i) Redemption Date: 03 June, 2025 for winners who were selected on 20 May, 2025;

ii) Redemption Date: 10 June, 2025 for winners who were selected on 27 May, 2025;

iii) Redemption Date: 17 June, 2025 for winners who were selected on 03 June, 2025;and

iv) Redemption Date: 24 June, 2025 for winners who were selected on 10 June, 2025.

To initiate prize redemption,the selected winner must contact Sponsor via Direct Message at Sponsor’sInstagram account @shein_mex, and provide the following information: (i)full legal name as it appears on their identification and date of birth; (ii) avalid identification number (e.g., driver’s license or passport number forinternational flights) for booking purposes; and (iii) winner’s chosen flightdetails, including departure airport (within the United States or Mexico),destination airport, airline, and departure and return dates.. Thedeparture and return dates of the chosen flight must be on or before 1,September 2025, and the price of the chosen flight (Base Fare plus taxes andmandatory fees) shall not exceed MXN 8,000. Upon receiving thisinformation, Sponsor will assist winner in booking the flight and will purchasethe ticket on behalf of the winner. Once Sponsor has purchased the ticket onbehalf of the winner, Sponsor has completed awarding the prize. All steps ofthe Prize redemption process, including the winner's initial contact withSponsor, provision of the required information must be completed bythe above respective Redemption Dates. Failure by awinner to complete all Prize redemption procedures and provide the necessaryinformation by the above respective Redemption Dates may result in theforfeiture of the prize without further notice or compensation. In such anevent, the Sponsor shall have no further obligations or liability to the winnerin relation to that forfeited prize. Odds of winning depend on the number ofeligible entries received. Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternativeor prize substitution will be allowed, except in Sponsor’s discretion. Asubstitute of comparable or greater value may be awarded if the prize listedbecomes unavailable for any reason. Each winner is responsible for allfederal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associatedwith acceptance or use of any prize.

PARTICIPATION. By entering the Sweepstakes,you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibilityrequirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sweepstakesjudges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to theSweepstakes. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered arevoid. If theSweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (ifpossible) select winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries unaffected bythe problem.

PUBLICITY/USAGE RIGHTS: By participating in theSweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor (and those acting with itsauthorization) has the non-exclusive right to copy, reproduce, edit, broadcastand otherwise use your Post, in whole or in part, in any way, in any mediumwhether now existing or later discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, includingbut not limited to posting online. Participation in the Sweepstakesand/or receipt or use of any prize further constitutes the winners’ consent foruse of his/her Photo, name, likeness, voice, opinions, statements, biographicalinformation, and/or hometown and state for promotional or advertising purposesin any media, worldwide, now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity,without further review, notification, payment, or consideration (unlessprohibited by law).

RELEASE OFLIABILITY: To the extent allowed by applicable law, by participating in theSweepstakes, you release Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries,affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertisingagencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of thisSweepstakes from any and against any and all injury, loss or damagecaused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/orthe acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the Prize, and youagree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation,or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to thepromotion and/or the awarding of any prize except as expressly provided inthese Official Rules.
