THE SHEIN "SHOP TO RECEIVE $$ IN COUPONS" PROGRAM OFFICIAL RULES
Program Details
1.1. Your participation in this "Shop to receive $$ in Coupons" Program ("Program") is subject to these rules and our Terms and Conditions https://www.shein.co.mx/Terms-and-Conditions-a-399.html
1.2. The program starts on January 16, 2026 at 00:00:01 GMT-7 and ends on December 31, 2026 at 23:59:59 GMT-7 ("Promotion Period"). This promotional program is not permanent and only applies to the territory of Mexico.
1.3. Users who have a valid SHEIN User Account and are logged in through the SHEIN App are eligible to participate in the Program. You must be logged in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App to participate in the Program. If you have not yet downloaded the SHEIN App or created a SHEIN User Account, you can download the App for free and create a free SHEIN User Account.
1.4. A user may participate in this Program once during a Weekly Round (as defined below), and their SHEIN Account may only be used on one device.
1.5. You must purchase product(s) from the Product List added to the shopping cart in order to participate in the Program, as described below.
2. How the Program Works
2.1. After logging in to your SHEIN User Account on the SHEIN App, you can enter the Program through the Program pop-up window and you will be directed to the Program page, where a curated list of products (the "Product List") will be available.
2.2. You must select at least one (1) product (the "Product") from the Product List and add it to your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout ("Program Order"). Once you have successfully completed payment for your order, you will receive coupons. You can use the coupons on the SHEIN MX site at https://www.shein.co.mx/ within the territory of Mexico (the "Coupons").
2.3. The Program will run weekly (the "Weekly Round") during the Promotion Period, and each Weekly Round will contain a certain number of coupons (the "Coupons") as rewards (the "Rewards"). The Rewards for each Weekly Round will be announced and displayed on the Program page.
Please note that the use of these coupons is subject to the Terms and Conditions and the specific coupon rules set forth in these Program Rules.
2.4. The Coupons will be issued within 24 hours after you have successfully completed and paid for your order. The Coupon will be placed in your SHEIN User Account and will be visible in the "My Coupons" section under "My Assets" in your SHEIN User Account.
2.5. The Coupons will expire within 3 days (72 hours) after being issued and placed in your SHEIN User Account ("Validity Period"). Please check your User Account and take note of the Coupon's expiration date. Coupons can only be used to purchase Products sold by SHEIN.
2.6. NOTE: You may use one or more Coupons during the Validity Period; you do not need to use all the Coupons. Coupons not used during the Validity Period will expire and will no longer be available for use.
2.7. Coupons are void where prohibited or may be subject to restrictions. Coupons are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
2.8. Returns and refund conditions. During a Weekly Round,
a. If you withdraw or cancel the order, you may participate again within the Program's duration. However, once you successfully place an order (that is not canceled) under this Program, you will not be able to participate in the Program again.
b. If you decide to return the purchased Product(s), we will evaluate whether you qualify to keep the Coupons. After the return, if there are remaining Product(s) in your order, you will be entitled to keep your Coupons. If you return all items in your order, we will have the option to invalidate any remaining Coupons that have not been used. Please visit our Return Policy and Refund Policy to check the return and refund conditions before participating in the Program.

3. Infringement and Penalties
3.1. The Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit you, at its sole discretion, from participating in the Program, obtaining the Reward(s), and/or using the SHEIN Services if:
a. you violate any of these Rules and/or any of the agreements related to the SHEIN Services, including but not limited to the use of any software or other conduct designed to obtain undue benefits under the Program.
b. you have created multiple User Accounts and/or fake User Accounts, as may be identified through network operation records, transaction order information, payment information, and other information related to the user's identity and behavior.
c. you have engaged in fraudulent behavior (including, but not limited to, attacking the system, obtaining undue benefits, using illegally modified software, cloning, jailbreaking, rooting, etc.);
d. You are considered to fall under the definition set forth in section 2.2.(6) of the Terms of Use.
4. Participation Rules
By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility conditions. SHEIN assumes no responsibility for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, distorted, incomplete, or illegible entries, all of which are void; (ii) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mobile device, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or failure to receive entry information by SHEIN due to technical problems; or (iii) any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Program.
SHEIN reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program if SHEIN believes, in its sole discretion, that a failure, error, interruption, or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Program. In such cases, if the Program is terminated before the designated end date of the Program Period, SHEIN will select (if possible) a winner from all eligible and non-suspicious entries that are not affected by the issue.
5. General
5.1. By participating in the Program, you release SHEIN and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, employees, agents, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Program from any and against any type of injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed by your participation in the Program and/or the acceptance, granting, receipt, use, and/or misuse of the Reward(s), and you agree that these entities are not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, related to the Program and/or the granting of any Reward, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules.
5.2. You further agree that:
(a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Program, or any Reward granted, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action;
(b) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Program, but in no event attorneys' fees;
(c) under no circumstances shall any participant be permitted to obtain any award, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
5.3. Where permitted by law, all taxes applicable to any benefit provided by SHEIN under this Program shall be your responsibility and SHEIN shall not pay any amount for tax obligations. If SHEIN is required to withhold any tax obligation and file with the applicable tax authority, then you must complete and submit the appropriate tax form to SHEIN. Void where prohibited.
5.4. The Rules and all disputes shall be governed by the federal laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles, any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Mexico City, and the user expressly accepts the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection thereto.
5.5. The Program and your participation in the Program are subject to SHEIN's Privacy Policy.
5.6. The reference to "SHEIN" shall be understood as the marketplace operator, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, Moda Sinfonía, S. de R. L. de C. V.
