Review: This silicon mat is a perfect choice for all sorts of recipes and workspaces. It is a flexible mat great for kneading dough, rolling out pastry, rolling out fondant and most other everyday baking tasks. It has a non stick surface that is easy to clean and offers excellent food release for beautiful results every time. I love that it is non slip, so sticks to the bench surface and doesn’t budge. I used a Wilton mat prior to this and had to put objects on each corner just to keep it in place and to keep the corners from curling inwards.
