Review: OMG this is torture- on the lowest setting or strength it still gives you constant electric shock type zaps if work on skin, then when work over clothes you don’t feel a thing. Either way it does not activate muscles or anything for health benefits for that matter. Unfortunately this doesn’t do anything it advertises
