Review: Shein is a great place to find cute, trendy blouses and deep discounts. I love this smocked blouse that was under $20. It is thin but not at all see-through. It is comfortable, runs true to size (I ordered my regular size but fit isn’t super important with this boxy top so you could go up or down and it would still work).
